Refund policy

At L’Essenziale Jewelry, every piece is created or carefully selected with love and attention to detail. We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing jewelry from our boutique in Marbella.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your jewelry must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at info@essenziale-hd.com, including your order number.

We will provide the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in return transit where the customer arranged the shipment.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status.

Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For returns made under your statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will include standard outbound delivery charges where required by law. Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe.

Custom & Personalised Jewelry

Jewelry made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, as permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@essenziale-hd.com with your order number and photographs if available.

We will be happy to assist.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including applicable rights of withdrawal and remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods.
