Every order is carefully prepared and packaged in our studio in Spain using premium gift-ready packaging.

Shipping processing time

All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

During launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

- Spain: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
